Stay In the Game Award
This award celebrates a female who has demonstrated dedication to #StayInTheGame. The recipient is a leader who is aligned with WWSAC’s mission and has distinguished herself as a role model, having influenced growth and inspired retention in the female game.
The recipient aligns with the WWSAC Mission to provide a lifelong positive experience by engaging, supporting, and advocating for females in the Wisconsin Soccer Community. Click here to access the nomination form.
Fact based criteria:
Must be a female who is a Wisconsin native and/or has served the Wisconsin soccer community for 2 or more years.
Nominations are open to honor females currently active and operating at any level within the game - youth, high school or high performance. This award is for recognition of achievements for her current role(s) in the game and does not require having a playing background. Nevertheless, we welcome information of her journey or accolades as a player at any level among her current commitments as an advocate.
Subjective criteria:
Demonstrates integrity, professionalism and initiative that directly impacts females within their respective club and/or school community. Promotes a holistic approach to support females (involvement with players, colleagues, programming) on and off the field
Commitment to outlet(s) for girls and women via volunteer roles and/or state run programming that impacts current females in the game and/or initiates opportunity for females in the game . (ie TOPSoccer, Olympic Development Program, WisRef, active administrative/board member within community based programming specific to club or school).
